Do you ever just not feel right?

Today and yesterday I just don't feel right. I don't know what's wrong. I feel sort of depressed, but that's not it exactly. It's worse today than yesterday. It started last night, really. I had a pretty productive day yesterday. I got a lot of writing done. But today I slept a lot, and now I'm having a lot of trouble writing, which is no good because I have a lot of work to do and I'm working under a deadline. But I just don't feel right. I feel kind of anxious, and kind of depressed, and just not like myself. Do you ever feel like this? Kelly

Hi Kelly, I feel like that once in a while also. Kind of overwhelmed by everything and it feels like I can't concentrate on anything, so nothing gets done until it passes. I can't even read or hold a conversation when it happens, my mind won't focus on anything. I find that if I can go sit in a totally quiet area or outside in the sun for about 15 minutes it helps to clear my mind. There can't be any distractions though. It does pass, just try to relax and forget about all committments for a 15 or 20 minutes and see if it helps. Good luck

Sometimes ,I have the same feeling with you ,just for no reasons,especially when it is stormy or stay with myself alone. When the feeling attacks ,I always do something else or talk to my close friend whose heart is bright and talktive. It is suggested that you just talk to a close friend or a member of your family.But never talk to them when they are bored.

Some days are definitley better than others. When I m not stressed or sad about somethingin particular, I am a happy person. I think I am kind of happy by nature but I get disturbed by various things at different times. Even though I am having some car problems currently, I guess that I feel pretty good overall. I am feeling decent. I hope you feel better.

Sounds like you might be coming down with something. Try to get as much rest as you can. I definately have days when things just don't seem quite right and I am out of sorts. I usually just kind of try and take it easy on myself if I can, but usually like you I get like that on days when I have a lot to get done. Take a nice nap, then give yourself a half hour after the nap and then get back to the writing, it should help.

Oh yes i feel like this a lot,my DR.told me that i am having a anxiety attack and it goes away,mine come from stress.I don't know that is what you are having.

I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.
