Would you pose nude for a painter?

A painter, a friend of mine says she paints nude too! It has been a joke between us for some time, that someday I will pose for her nude. However I don't think I'll have the guts to do it. Do you?

I would do it but at this point in my life, with all the surgeries that I have had, they may not want to!! LOL I think the human body is beautiful, a wonderful creation and we should not be ashamed of them but celebrate. Animals don't wear clothes! They also don't paint, either (well maybe chimps, lol).

Actually other animals do paint besides chimps. I seen on television that a elephant, dog, pig and a few other animals had supposedly painted what some call masterpieces. They actually go for a good price to. $500 a painting. Here is a link about it if you want to check it out. http://ifitshipitshere.blogspot.com/2008/04/painting-pachyderms-elephants-as.html

I do agree that the human body is beautiful and there is nothing to be shamed about.

i would if the artist would be courteous enough not to laugh at my fats and stretch marks. hehehe... and of course, no watchers should be allowed.

No, unless I have a body like JLo or face like Rachel Weisz hahah I know models are beautiful but sometimes they look worse than dinosaur fossils and some celebrities for some reason start to look the same but those two I mentioned above I wish I could have that face and body

I think that all women's body despite their shape are beautiful. You dont need to be a JLO to be beautiful!

Sue I would as long as I got the painting when it is done, or at least a copy. I would love to have my body painted but I'm not really sure how I feel about the whole world being able to view it. It would seem like there are no secrets left to hide. Cheers, Tianna

Hi ronaldinu, Although human body is a beautiful natural thing and you shouldn't fell like that but now matter what they say I couldn't either, though I wish I can but I can't. You have a chance so why don't you take it? you never know you might like it and change your mind about, people been doing that for years earning just posing. Tamara

Only if that painting would be for my husband. I really don't have a problem with my body. But I don't want the whole world to see it.

I am not sure on this one. I do have body image issues of course. It would depend on how much I know the person and how much I can trust their credibility. Would I get paid? There's another question. On the other hand if my husband happened to be a great painter I would probably go ahead with it.

Years ago when I was young and had a decent body I might have thought about it, if it was a really good trustworthy friend. But now, at my age, with this older body of mine there is no way. LOL

You know that old adage Money Speaks For the right amount of cash i guess i could do the deed but to be honest 50cents would not be enough for a glimpse of my body and i am sure that is all i would be offer So i guess i would be rejected Good Luck
