Police find frozen remains while searching for evidence of abuse of another daughter. Mother tells officers corpses of two daughters were in freezer since February. Third child leaped out of window, showed signs of abuse.Mother admits hitting third child with "hard-heeled" shoe. Any decisions on charges would be made by the Montgomery County state's attorney's office.
Are you kidding me? The bodies of 2 children are in her freezer and they can't figure out what to charge her with? WHAT THE H*LL!! What would you charge her with?

I would have had her charged with First Degree Murder. I would also ask for her execution and rightly so. When someone adopts children, you assume that they are going to care for them more than if they gave birth, that they had so much abundant love to give and those daughters were adopted. NO wonder women would rather abort their babies then give them up. Women like that monster give adoption a bad name.

This made me puke. Oh dear I cannot believe that a woman can be so cruel with her own daughters. Why is the human being so sadistic with his offspring whom was intentioned to love and protect?

Let's start with 2 counts of murder (possibly premeditated), child abuse and child neglect. Then ask her why she adopted them in the first place if she was going to kill them. If the two in the freezer show signs of abuse, add some more charges of abuse and if they can show how they were killed, it may lead to more charges.
I'd be willing to bet though that she'll plead temporary insanity or something and end up in a mental hospital for a year or two and then get back out...that seems to be what happens most of the time.

They want to pick a charge they can get her on since you cant trial (or is it try) her twice. All you need is one jury member to not be 100% sure of something to set her free.

Child abuse, first degree murder x 2, concealing a crime, failing to report a crime, and whatever else they can think of. No matter what she is charged with, it will not be enough. Unfortnately, this woman will probably make a mental insanity plea and get away with it. How in the world can anybody harm a child like this? Sick, sick woman.

I would throw the book at her and she wouldn't survive to waste any more tax-payers' money. She obviously has a very severe problem and deserves very little from anybody at all.

wow can you believe the crazyness people do where is the love of her children.she killed her children and put them in the freezer and they are asking what you charge her with.charge with double murder do they need to ask ant questions.

Man! I would throw every charges to be named whether they are relevant or not. this woman is wicked. Why did she adopt three children? God sees why he never blessed her with any children! Man! I would give her some of what she dished out even though I should be preahing forgiveness. How can a person do such a thing to innocent children? What worng could they have done that was deserving of that kind of treatment? I am saddened to know of the deaths and the abouse the poor children when through and I hope that the Law gives her waht she deserves!

That is just sickening. She should be charged with murder! Some people just don't deserve to have children. I agree with other post here that she should be put in a freezer alive. How can a mother do that to her children? I just don't understand some people, and I hope that I never do. I hope that the attorneys office wakes up and takes more severe punishment on this murdering mother.

I lost my appetite, just was about to eat dinner.. Now you know how to react to such issue and I do the same!
I hope the mother be put to jail and rot there forever!
