Did everyone get that scary private message
from Mylot admin about the person who is
trying to hack Mylot accounts?
I'm assuming they're trying to steal our
passwords so they can hack the Paypal.
Someone set up a bogus Mylot website to capture
login info.
Totally scary!
I cringe every time I get a message
from Mylot.
When I first signed up and read TOS,
they said, "Don't ignore messages or warnings
from Mylot admin!"
So, now I'm so afraid that I'm going to open
one of their messages and have a warning
that I'm doing something wrong.
This was good news, though.
I'm happy they are passing along a word
of warning to all of us.
Forewarned is forearmed!
Are you worried about getting hacked at Mylot?

I'm not to worried about it because I know I sign in the right way. I don't give out any of my info to anyone. I think they'll take care of it.

I know in my gut that I am not doing anything wrong, so when I see a message from admin, or a "new MyLot alert" I don't worry, I actually feel relieved, because since I know that i am not doing anything wrong or against the terms of services, they are only notifying me in order to warn me about some crap that someone else might be trying.

On this place, it's so easy to offend
people, even with seemingly innocent behavior.
You never know when someone has lodged a complaint
against you. Even for something you
know isn't your fault.
Has happened to so many other members who got
banned or are not longer here.

Yes, I got the alert, three copies of it. I am glad they are keeping us on our toes, but I am not too worried about it. I have turned in people who were phishing before, and my computer logs me in and out on MyLot, I do not log in unless I have cleared my cookies.

Getting hacked is such a real possibility.
And,it's so easy to make a mistake and login
to the wrong website.
All someone needs is your email address.
And if they know which websites you belong to.
I try to take their advice and type in the
address in a new tab or window.
That way, I know I'm at the original site.
Also, for banks and Paypal, the browser address bar
should turn green if it's secure and you'll see a little
lock, indicating that it's SSL or secured.

Hello beauty queen. Yeah, it is very scary if our account is stolen by someone with the purpose of stealing our earnings made here and our email account. It is so disgusting of the person to behave this way. I am very appreciated for mylot admin to warn us of the message so that we can be more careful. Good day, dear friend.
