Platinum Lounge payout question

How many points do I have to accumulate to get paid in Platinum Lounge? Does anybody know the point = cash formula? I mean how much points is $5 or $10? I am new in this site and seem lost.

Well it has to do with rank, alot has been changing on the site recently. Come join the thread and you can ask questions there people are usually pretty helpful there.
