I live din the area where these girls were killed for about 3 years. We moved away in 2002. I am in no way shape or form remotely shocked that females - civilian or military - are being killed by their spouses. A lot of people on that base ar eout of control, there is tons of unreported domestic violence, people cheating on each other and all kinds of under handedness. Current killing: http://www.foxnews.com/wires/2008Oct03/0,4670,SoldierStabbing,00.html This is not the first influx of military murders that have happened in North Carolina. Back in 2002 almost the same thing happened. 4 wives were killed by soldiers. Oprah did a HUGE story on it and it was all over the news. http://www.workers.org/ww/2002/ftbragg0808.php The military claimed to have fixed the problem blaming it on not assimilating the soldiers properly when they shipped back to the US. What about now? Who is to blame? Is the media playing this up or is domestic violence really increasing and just not reported?

I'm very sorry to hear about that. that is so awful. I think domestic violence is on the increase. Alot of people's minds are so corrupt these days. They have no moral values.

I really think these guys (and women) should have psychological testing before entering the service.
