Do you think you were born to be frustrated?
Do you think you are frustrated with life in general?
What makes you frustrated about life?
Or did you wake up one morning in your life and this big black cloud called frustration found you and wouldn't leave you alone?
How do you cure frustration?
Is it a curse some of us have to bear?
Are your frustration levels low or high, or do some people make them high?
Scream with frustration? Feel free to howl, cos I that's what I want to do, care to join me?

Everything about life gets me frustrated and most of the time I deal with it with humour because as I was always told, in this life if you don't laugh you cry.
My frustrations vary depending on how many of my girls are here. I'm very lucky to have my oldest as she helps me see the funny side of things.

I made the decision to give in and go mad years ago, it's trying to stay sane that drives you mad.

Hi Wolfie,
Yes, we are born to always feel frustrated because after we are detached from our divine parent, we become imperfect.
And where there is imperfection, it is not possible to achieve absolute calm and find your wal that easily.
I feel so frustrated everyday but what's the point of yelling when it doesn't help?
PS.: Did you receive my email?

I think I will join you, wolfie. I have been frustrated with lots of things ever since I can remember. Things tend to go wrong all of the time. Apparently, being optimistic can help but it doesn't really help if every time you try to be positive about something, a load more bad things happen.
I have tried to get myself out of frustration but there are certain people about who make it worse and it seems that the only good things that happen are those entirely within my control. Unfortunately, that's not a lot.

Frustrated? I suppose.Frustrated that no matter how hard I try and no matter how many hours I work, I just can't seem to get ahead. Its like riding a unicycle in mud. I keep peddling, but my wheel just spins and spins and doesn't go forward, so I'm using my inside voice to howl, because I wouldn't want to scare the neighbors.

Hi, there, wolfie. Actually i don't think we are born to be frustrated, but I do want to join with you and sream out loud because I am feeling frustrated and lying low...
I can't find a reason to wake up in the morning, for what? the boring job? I used to love my job and recently I quit and get another one. I thought it would be challenging but it turned out so boring and it's all about reports. I feel like my whole life is becoming meaningless and I am so reluctant to work everyday.
I miss the old days when I was always so passionful to my job.
Ok, enough complaint. Comes to frustration, i guess that's so and besides screaming, we should also try to figure out how to get rid of it. I do think it is just a period of time in our life and once we find the goal or anything we have passion for, we will be very brave to pursue and can overcome the frustration.

Firstly welcome to Mylot! I find going to the gym burns off the frustration, nothing like a good work out and sweat to get rid of it, as well as taking your frustration out on the weights, but yes I used to get frustrated in the joblife, life ain't easy is it!

I don't think we were born to be frustrated! I think we were born to learn to deal with things that are frustrating. We all have things that we wish would just go away on their own, but the real key here is to try to make things the best they can even in hard situations. It's not about problems all the time, it's about making solutions and actively making efforts.

Then Mr. and Mrs. Frustration are so important since if we don't have them, we won't be born!

I have to say that these are the perfect question for me. I talk to my dad regularly and found out one day that I always start the conversations with what or how I am frustrated. I get that way about everything. I hate to clean house and then, literally, 15 minutes later, everyone comes home and destroys everything. If I am on the phone with a company for whatever service or product I am talking about, I hate to wait on hold for them to come back and tell me not only what I already know, but that I will have to wait for another 15 minutes to talk to someone else to direct me to yet another person. I hate the way things go everyday. Don't get me wrong, I am a settled happy person. Meaning, I can find a little bit of happiness in my day, but I am settled in the fact not to expect it. My family and I were joking around one day about me being grumpy all the time. I just get so frustrated with stupid things, people, places, etc., etc., etc. I don't like people without common sense--It drives me bonkers! If it says "HOT!", don't touch it, Stupid! Why, You ask? Ummmm, it will burn you!! Oh this is a great discussion!! I think I was born to be a pain in the butt to most around me, don't get me wrong though, I am very loved and now people just roll their eyes or warn new "victims" that I am very frustrated with life in general. LOL I was put on this earth to irritate someone and if you aren't careful It might be you!! Have a good one, and feel free to holler at me, I am sure my lungs are ready to roll!!

no one in this can be called born frustrated...everything that happens to us is the consequence f our thoughts inour past.
thats the main reason why people keep on saying to think positive.
when you feel something wrong , dont get frustrated if you does that will actually increase the chances of repeating that event.
screamin or howlin obviously is stupid..which will make you look stupid.
so whenever you get frustrated stay calm and ascetain yourself of a better future

I feel a little better now. I get very frustrated and i know that i shouldnt but its really hard not to. what frustrates me is when people try and break own my confidence and also when people treat me like an idiot.

I have lots of frustrations in my life and some of it are extreme. There are times that i think i borned with frustrations. But i notice that i can fight frustrations, i can handle and deal with it properly without having a tendency to insanity. Yes, frustrations always there for everyone, but it's the matter of how we handle things and deal with it, if you lose or if you'll win. Happy posting.
