Do you think Sarah Palin's 'mudslinging' is cheap and uncultured behaviour?

Absolutely! She's giving soccer moms a bad reputation.

She doesn't give me any good feelings, completely the opposite. This is our commander in chief if McCain kicks the bucket, goodness forbid Obama isn't voted in? My nightmare about being eaten by a giant ostrich does not compare to this.

Well, there's no such thing as a clean campaign, of course, but I love Obama! I haven't found anything to like about Palin at all.

T'is the season to be slinging Fa La La La La, La La La la. We like to fantasize about a world where candidates simply state their cases and let the election chips fall where they may, but the fact is, No one has every won the White House doing that. Why? Because while most of us have made our decision by Ugly October, the middle hasn't yet. They have had just as much time to make their decision as the rest of us. They have had just as much information about the candidates also. But it wasn't enough to sway their opinion. The fact is, mud slinging doesn't do anything to sway the decideds, but it does effect the undecideds greatly... and that is where elections are won and lost. I complain about mudslinging at times myself, but the sad fact is, a campaign doesn't stand a chance without it.

There was a time when those in the middle could be won with the mudslinging. What you don't realize is that this time, all those in the middle are there because they hate the mudslinging. On November 5th, you'll see where the mudslinging will leave John McCain.

She's giving women in politics in general a bad reputation! I think she's trying to play up her "uncultured behavior" which I take as making fun of and looking DOWN at the rest of us. Annie

I think what she is doing is pure POLITICS. Her advisers advised her to do that and she is just following them.

Yes, I think that it is cheap, but I don't think that says anything about her level of intellict. Her attacks are something that I would expect to hear on right wing hate radio, not coming out of a candidates mouth. It is sad to hear that someone that could be vice president of the United States can speak to a crowd that is yelling hate. You would expect this from a third world country, not the United States.
