People at work

How many of you hate the people you work with, wether coworkers, or managers. I swear. The people that work at my store are nothing but two faced, no good, lying idiots. It is like a three ring circus at the store. There is a particular manager at work who thinks her poop doesn't stink. She thinks that she knows everything and is always right. And she is the rudest person. She always has to be better then everyone and is one of the biggest lyers to get what she wants. She puts people down for her own pleasure, especially me. I really think that she is secretly afraid of me(or at least afraid that I might be better at something then she is or know something she doesn't) Like the other day, the weather was acting like it was going to rain ( now I live in vegas so it hardly rains) Anyways so she was going to be going home in about 30mins and the other managers were new to the store and didn't know where things are at yet. So I asked her where the caution signs were at just in case it rains. She told me that it wasn't going to rain that there was only a 20% chance of rain so it won't rain, so you don't have to worry about it. So guess what happened. IT RAINED!!!! so I spent 15mins looking for these signs that have to go up, all because she is a stupied you know what. So luckly our old manager came in to go shopping and she was able to tell me where they were. But it is like what is the big secret about where the signs are. Like there is a policy that states that I can't know anything. Seriously. Was it worth running the risk of someone sueing us because we didn't have the warning signs up. It is just stupied things like that, that really get on my nerves. Instead of her just answering me so I can move on with my day and other work, I have to work twice as hard because she is just a ........ So then the next day I came up to her and looked her straight in the face and said. "Guess what, IT RAINED!" then I just walked away and looked back at her giving me dirty looks. She was pissed!!!! Haha. Anyways what do you think.

For the most part I liked the people I worked with. Until the end of my job there, they started hiring in a bunch of people were imature, and then all the games started, all the people 30 and up bagan to dissapear, all of us who had worked together for years, left one by one. The whole environment began to change and it turned in to a big soap operal complete with back stabbing, at that point I knew it was time to go. The business went down the drain after 32 years of success shortly after I left. Not because left, but probably because all the older reliable workers were gone and the business was now a soap opera. Soap Opera's may be good for television, but not for serious businesses.

You know, being happy is the most important thing in one's life. If the world doesn't make you happy, just try your best to make yourself happy. And another thing, making others happy is an art. You can relax yourself, and solve the problems in some tender way. Wish you a happy day!
