I like olive oil over the other types. It's healthier for you certainly. It does cost a premium though unfortunately. But, I really like the taste of it mixed with herbs.

I bought olive oil awhile back but couldn't stand the taste. Maybe it was the cheap kind. I tried corn oil, but that tasted weird. At that point, I just stopped cooking and went back to my George Foreman grilling machine and microwave cooking.

You gave up huh? I only use the olive oil to saute, can usually canola if I am frying something, I do not know if I ever used corn oil.

I like olive oil and canola oil. I'll use the olive oil on vegetables and the canola oil on meats or things I want to actually fry and not saute. I like the canola better than just plain vegetable oil because it doesn't take on a "fishy" smell if it doesn't get used right away. The olive oil I buy is actually a blend of olive oil and soy bean oil. I buy it at one of our local dollar grocers, so I'm not having to pay high prices for the benefits of olive oil.

I was recently looking for olive oil at the dollar store, and the one I went to did not carry it. I usually buy a really big jug from Costco's.

I will not use canola, it is bad stuff. I use olive or peanut or walnut or coconut or real butter, depending what I cook.

It all depends on what I'm cooking and the taste I'm going for. However I try to incorporate Olive oil in most of the cooking because this is said to be better for you. Certain things that I cook might taste funny with the olive oil so then I use vegetable oil. But normally I go with olive.

I'd like to use olive oil all the time, but it's expensive, so I use canola oil more often. Either one is better for you than corn oil or shortening.

We often use vegetable oil to cook our viands. Sometimes I use olive oil according to the recipes that I am trying to do on my own, though it is costly, it still tastes good and can benefit in our health. Happy Mylotting!

I use all 3. Right now I have canola and olive oil. I use different ones for different foods when I am cooking. Most of the time I think I use the canola.
