there are times that you feel so full of energy that you want to work and work and work.. and you have to balance your life, your studies, your personal life and then others. but sometimes it is tiresome.. especially with regards to others.. it is really true that no man is an island, but sometimes the island would sink because of the presence of other mans.. well, that is the way it is.. it is just so tiresome to understand others and maintain a balance communication and relationship.. and you know what? i am just so tired.. praying everytime i am going home that the people in our room would understand me and cater my needs. but mostly, it is not the way it happened. huhu.. i tried to understand, but then, i know it is me to understand.. huhu,.. it is just tiresome, sometimes...1 response

We all have hormonal cycles. Whilst it is often highlighted that women have a monthly cycle around fertility, what is less udnerstood is that men's hormones also go through cycles of highs and lows. It may be that you are noticing this? maybe you should ask your doctor for a testosterone test as it may be that this is low. In adolescence these levels go all over the place causing mood swings. By aged 22 yours should have settled down but maybe not? Worth checking?

It is tue. In addition, although you are too young to be concerned, men also go through the 'menopause' - when testosterone levels drop in older age 40-50. It is known as the andropause. It can also be prevented by the use of hormonal replacement therapy.
In the UK as is normal with the health care, it is only free for women and the NHS tried to prevent men receiving HRT but it is available privately. Yet another form of anti-male discrimination.
Remember that your health is in your hands - take control, be pro-active and you will be surprised what you can find out that you won't be told because you are a man and not supposed to be ill, have emotions etc etc...
