hai friends, this is a problem i am facing a lot of years and not able to overcome this.
everytime i take a hair bath the next few days i suffer from severe cold attack. this happens every time i take hair bath . is there any sever problem with this or else i need to take some good advice from some one. this is because, infew months i will be joining the company and if have cold like i dont think i can work with full concentration. moreover the reason for me to take frequent hair bath is, i have dandruff in my hair.

Perhaps you are alergic to the shampoo you are using. I would try switching shampoos, if this problem persists I would see your doctor to see if he could isolate the problem for you. Perhaps you are alergic to a certain ingredient in the shampoo.

i think you get that from the product you use to wash your hair. you need to find a product that is best for you and for your health. my mom used to have a problem like this and a friend told her to use a product that is mentholated. i know that is what my mom did. but of course it is still best to go to a physician who can help you for they really know what to do.

Have you consulted your doctor? I think it is a case of Sinisus. You should be consulting your doctor, and head bath is not the only solution for dandruff. You can use specialized oils to get rid of the dandruff.
