With the economy I am sure many people have gotten reaquainted with the bicycle. Here in the US most people do this in thier child hood, some carry to adult hood for exercise but now I am sure many are doing it for financial survival

Yes I know about cycling because I've seen my uncle and cousins joined several competitions and they've even won some medals and cash, but now they no longer do cycling because of their age and they have a family to raise. I dont own a bicycle but when I was a kid I used to have one.

i know cycling, but it has been many years since i used it. when i was a kid i used to ride on it but now i guess its lying somewhere in the store. its definitely a cheapest mode of transportation & environment friendly, but if the distance is too long, people prefer to go by car or some other way.

Hi juhi, I don’t think cycling is an outdated thing, as there are still many people using bikes here. Students cycle to school in the morning. Habitants here are still riding on their bikes to the nearby wet market to do their morning shopping as well.
Of course the amount of bicycle users are lesser than those in the earlier days.
Both my husband and my son, me too know how to cycling very well We are used to have our evening bicycle riding to the nearby places. There are lots of fun to cycle on our respective bike along the path, side by side to the railway which lead to a fishing village.
The air was really fresh and it is really good for our lungs to take in the fresh air when having exercise outdoor. The greenish natural landscapes on the way are so attractive and making us feel refreshed.
The riding usually would take us an hour or so to and fro. Occasionally we would have a pause at the coffee shop in the fishing village to enjoy our coffee and popular desserts there.
posting and have a nice day.

I learned cycling when I was still a grader. I used to bike around with my friends and cousins and I enjoyed it a lot. We had BMX bike that time.
Biking is one of the most loved and popular activities here in our place. There are many cycling organizations here and they conduct yearly biking competitions. My husband and I love biking and we bike when we have time. It's a good exercise, actually.

I own a bicycle and do not think that just because people have got cars and bikes now they do not use bicycles. It's the best form of transport for students who live close to their colleges. I have friends who cycle around 4 kilo meters to get to college and I find that good because they are saving fuels and also keeping themselves fit at the same time. I use my bicycle too for shorter distances and likes.

I think i know cycling. I have a bicycle. In fact, i have several bicycles since my childhood. They are very old now. Some of them have been worn out and can't be used again. Now i seldom cycle, because the workplace is very near my home and i always go to work on foot.

I know to ride a bicycle. I tell you wat for me it's the toughest vehicle to ride :-D Yes,I admit it has become a bit outdated now. And that's one among the reason as to why most of them suffer from congenial heart diseases these days. That was an excellent form or exercise. But very handfew are using it right now!! Some people are still using it,but we should admit it has become outdated..
Cheers :)

I've only learned to ride the bicycle when I was 18 years old, because my parents didn't have a bicycle.
I don't have a bicycle, but I'd like to get one when I'll have enough money. The traffic around here is miserable, especially in the morning, when everybody rushes to work and in the evening when they return. In this context you travel faster on the bicycle than by car.
