I've encountered such problem like this in osobux about a few weeks ago. I posted a topic on the site's forum and asked the admin about what I've read in another post about southeast asians will not be paid unless they upgrade. I asked the admin about it and glad the one who answered my post. He told me that only chinese members need to upgrade. He told me to request again for my payment and when i did the payment was with my alertpay an hour after the request. So, my suggestion to you is wait for the admins response and not to listen to the moderators there. The ones that they're saying are just hearsay. Osobux still pays asian members. One of our members in our forum got paid a day after he requested it.
