A strange husband and wife

A husband and wife live separately from Monday to Friday. They only live together in weekend. What do you think about this? A.Is this a husband and wife? B.They are divorced! C.The wife is a mistrees in fact. D.Everyone is free. Good! E.I hope so!

Interesting scenario with options.Well if it is just husband and wife then i feel they are tryig to make their ends meet by working hard throuhout the week and being together on weekends.

I think none of the options will match with my answer. Maybe the husband and wife works in two seperate places. Maybe they live far from each other, that they cannot stay monday to friday together. They only have the day off in weekend and they make it apoint to stay together on those two days.
