if this is what you do early in the morning, how about at night?

well, thank you for responding to my discussion about what you do early in the morning.. and it would be awkward when i would not ask of what were the things you do last thing at night before going to sleep?.. brushing and having breakfast is what you do in the morning.. how about at night?.. me, i would take a bath when it is not cold.. then i would prepare my bed and get ready to sleep. if i can't sleep, i would read a book. then cave into my bed.. hmmm. how about you?

Well, recently, I am too tired to stand up late at night. I kept working from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m everyday. Whenever I reach the bed, I easily fall in sleep. Sometimes when I cannot sleep, I will listen to music, and then it is dawn.
By the way, it is not good for your eyes if you read on bed. Take care and have good habit.

I make sure I am the one who puts my daughter to sleep when I can. before she goes to sleep we spend a few hours playing and bonding though. We love watching cartoons together. When she falls asleep, it's my turn on the TV until I fall asleep. LOL!

I usually brush my teeth and wash my face before I go to bed. Sometimes I would respond o some discussions before calling it a day. I always have a problem sleeping. I try to do things that could make me sleepy like reading books and articles on the internet.

we are the same. however, i don't have any internet connection ,so i would end up reading and do my assignements from school.. thanks argie!

that is nice since you have an internet connection at home. maybe if i could have at home, then i the last thing would also be mylotting. hehe
