Yesterday I met two lovely myLotters. I can't mention their names or you'd all know that they were called Littleowl and Tamarafireheart. So I'd better say nothing. After a frustrating drive caused by roadworks I found two beautiful ladies peering out of a restaurant window looking for me! What can I say. Funny, charming and very friendly. We sat and talked from 12.30 until 6pm! To me it felt like five minutes and I was very sorry when it came time for me to leave them. In fact I woke this morning and wished that I was going to do it all over again. Yet again I have been blessed with such great friends and all from this little site. I've put a photo of us all below. Tamara's on the left and Littleowl on the right. In case you were wondering, that's me in the middle! We are definitely going to do it again - meet that is. What were you thinking? In fact we're thinking of having a bigger meetup with some other myLotters.
Have you met any myLot friends recently? Any plans to do so?

How lovely for all of you! I'd love to meet some myLot friends - but I'm in Australia, and although there are some myLotters here, they are not within easy driving distance of me. I have a myLot friend I first met on another site who I'd love to catch up with one day - and hopefully we will.

Hi Gabs, I have heard los of great things about you from Darkwing who as well as P1kef1sh I have been blessed to meet also. Sorry P1ke to put a PM in here but are you still posting as I don't receive notificatiuons from you anymore and I can't PM Gabs? ANyway, thanks for sharing this and in my case, i am really interested to meet any mylotters and if only possible for all of my friends to gather in one place, that is very cool! LOL![/i]

Wow fancy randomly meetin not one but two fellow mylotters!! The chances of that happening are pretty slim!! lol

Well well Piky,I am pleased that you had a good time,it is good to catch up with people and have a natter!Good to meet new faces too,and so lovely that you decided to share the oicture with all of the Mylotters.I always find that when I first meet someone new there is so much to chat about ,the time just flies,there are the common ground things,family,work,friends,and then there are the exciting gossipy bits lol.So good to see the three of you there smiling .

Hey p1ke, i'm glad you had such a lovely time!!! I have never met any mylotters. I'll bet it's a strange experience in some ways, i don't think that the images i have of people in my head is really anything like what they are like in reality!!! I hope you can find to meet up again soon and that you enjoy it just as much next time! xxx

aw well i'm really glad you all enjoyed yourselves! I haven't really got anything to add but i just wanted to say i love the way you keep adapting my name, it's really making me chuckle! am gonna start taking bets on how many variations you can think of before you start repeating yourself!! lol xxx

I'm envious that you've been able to meet a few mylotters already. I've only met one in person, Myrrdin. And I knew him before I knew mylot (he's the one who introduced me to this site). So I don't know if he counts. lol!

How lovely to see the three of you even in photo, I wish I could also meet beautiful mylotter like you do ! Its a wonderful friendship started here online, I would like to ask for an apologize though for the mess in the comment in the photo, I don't know why mylot doesnt allow us to edit internet errors at times, please apologize me. And once again, I am happy to see your lovely faces.

it's so wonderful that you guys are all getting to meet
each other just from being on mylot! That is so cool!

lucky boy! All those women! Your wife must be one very
trusting lady! I know that you, tamara and little owl
had the best time. They are such wonderful women so how
could you possibly not! I do so wish I could have been
there too as so many of us do. There are so many here
that wish we could get together as easily as you guys did.

That is so nice, Tamarafireheart is one of my best friends here on MyLot,I even have one of her personal email addresses. I am jealous now. (lol)
That is good, did you guys plan this meeting, if so how did you do it? How did you find out you live in the same area? I would like to meet someone I have made friends with on the internet. Right now it is as though the people I correspond with isn't real. Hope to meet some friends one day.

Tamara is lovely on here and even better in real life! I am not sure how we discovered that we live in the same part of the country. In fact they are about a 2 hour drive from me. I imagine that one of us said where we are and the other said "I'm not too far" etc. I suggested that I came up to see them and that's we did. We had a lovely day and I don't regret meeting up at all. I'm so lucky in my friends here. I have met another myLotter and there's a bunch of us hoping to get together in the next few months. I know what you mean about people not being "real". I have a very good friend online who I never met. She says that I am "imaginary"! LOL. I don't know where in the US you are. But there are people in every state just about. I shall come over myself next year I hope and aim to meet up with a few. I do hope that you are able to meet a few friends one day.

What a charming story and I just know from the time you all spent together that you had a wonderful time. That was so nice and it made you hardly even think of that bad ole drive, huh?
I have not yet, I have thought of it. But just haven't mentioned it and done it, lol.
Time is hard to come by sometimes. And I've been really sick to so that don't help. When I feel better I'd love to meet some of my friends. I like to feel like sitting there for hours and talking. If that's what we did, which I'm sure we would.

I have met a couple from here. Yes, most people in the south tend to be friendly people. Now granted there are some that are not friendly at all. I guess what they've been through in life has rubbed off on their attitude with everyone. lol
I would like to meet up with the people I know that are relatively close by, or not.

I do have something to say, after all! The photo is just great, and you all look so wonderful!! And Pikey, you look just like a big Mamma hen with two chicks peeping out from under her wings. 
Tamara is one of my Mylot friends too, and she has responded to some of my discussion. Nice seeing you Tamara! And nice seeing you too Pikey!! Littleowl, I think you look fabulous. You are really lucky to meet and talk. I haven't met a single Mylot friend so far. :) Thanks for sharing the photo.

Excuse the intrusion positiveminded, but I've just now seen your avatar and it made me laugh. It's what my cat looks like when he's not listening to heavy metal which is what he's doing and how he looks when he does, as pictured in my avatar.:) I just wanted to comment on that. Gave me a bit of a start to see my cat so to speak in your avatar looking more himself. haha

I'm sure that the time would go very quickly, meeting someone 'in the flesh' is so different from online, and I'm sure you had loads to talk about. I'm glad you all got on so well, it must be nice to meet the people behind the usernames and avatars, and even for me, it's good to put some faces to the names!

Are there many SE/Londoners on myLot? I don't know where lots of the people on here are from, so there are probably a lot more than I know about!
You will probably end up doing a myLot tour of the UK (or indeed, the world )

I have quite a few friends, female and male Reno, and they are all beautiful. I came here hurting from something and my friends here, more than anywhere, helped me pick myself up and stagger on. There are some very good people here. I'm sure that you will find them friends too and then we'll be seeing pictures of you! LOL.

The best picture of me that has survived the marriage wars is one of me falling off the roof courtesy of the wife. She shows it to all her friends and they laugh like hyenas. That's why I found this place. You seem to have quite a following sir. Can I hang out in your shadow. I dare not do more as the wife is a real skulker and I can't afford to let her catch me out in the open.:)
