What's your favorite TV show or sitcom?

I have several, but since tonight is Thursday, I watched Grey's Anatomy and ER.
It is very saddening to see that this will be the final chapter of ER, while Grey's Anatomy is simple flourishing into it's second season.
I'm a blood/guts type of person and I like seeing the blood scenes and parts of the potentially real surgeries, etc... I think it is really cool. So what is your favorite TV show and why?

After watching ER for many, many years, I actually missed last season, I am going to get it on DVD though. I have to go with your here on Grey's Anatomy. I love it, I can't wait to see it every week. I just watched it about an hour ago and I was giggling a lot, not laughing hysterically but gigggling frequently. I love that show.

Hi~I like three sitcoms,like Prison break,24 hours and hotel babylon,for others like CSI and other Chinese soap operas,I just take little time to look when my wife watch herself~`lol~The most favorite one should be 24 Hours on my end and Im waiting for its 7th season which will be back to us on Jan,yr2009~not so far``I like this kinda counter terrisom TV`I just can not figure out what's next in the past season of 24 hours~wowo`jack will be back soonnnnnnnnn`~Have a nice day`

it is such a bummer that this is the last season of ER! it is one of my favorite shows!
i cant call any single show my favorite, i really really like quite a few lol!
so here is the short list hows that?
ER, The Big Bang Theory, Dr. WHO, Torchwood, How I met Your Mother, Deadliest Catch, GhostHunters, The Amazing Race, Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen.
okay thats all i can think of right now lol!

house MD, grey's anatomy, dexter... seeing something similar?
grey's second season? there has been 4 season and the fifth one just recently started last month. so what's up with that? are you logging behind?
why i like them? it's because i'm a practicing medical professional for a whooping 12 years and mostly involve in the fast pace of life in pre-hospital settings.

Survivor is my all time favorite show- I enjoy the dynamics of the entire show. I know that it's not complete reality but its pretty close. I love it.
ER is another fave for me- as a nurse I too am a blood and guts kinda of girl.
As for Grey's anatomy- I have never watched it-so who knows.
