what did you do with your very first salary or paycheck?

i remember the first time i ever got my paycheck..it was such a joy to see the fruits of what you've worked for..honestly i dont remember what i bought with my very first check, do you?if i remember it right, i think i bought food for the family.share please......;o)

As far as i remember i bought two mobile phones, one is mine and the other is for family use, because i work in the other place away from home, communication is important, and i give present to my brothers and sisters and give some amount to my father and mother, small amount left for me in my first salary.

me too, i dont know what i bought on my first salary, all i know is i need to save money for me to take up review course for CPA board exam, unfortunately i dont pass. and i do not take it again, it is really hard. also on that time, i give my salary to my mother including my payslip, so that she is the one to keep my salary that i used on review.

I shared it with my parents. After a long year of their hardships in taking me to a school, paying all the expenses and did everything to provide me all the stuffs i needed it is just this beginning of giving back to them what they had done for me a way for thanking them what i am today. keep posting take care and have fun..

Actually I do remember and that is a task for me! LOL I was in college and I bought an entire tank of gas (as opposed to putting a few bucks in at that time) and bought a college book that I neded for a class I was taking. Life was so much simpler then! LOL
