What do you feel about banana diet?

Hello. I read today at news@yahoo I found out that the Japanese had gone gaga about bananas. There is this new diet called banana diet which is pretty simple to carry out. During breakfast eat as many bananas as you want with water in room temperature. Eat lunch as usual. Dinner as usual but before 8 pm. Sleep before midnight. This diet has made bananas are Has anyone try it out. Does it really works?

I believe this not to be true. Bananas are known to help you get fatter not thinner - however this is about the fact that you are not eating a heavy meal at breakfast but instead 1-2 bananas so that would explain the effects and also both sleeping before midnight and eating before 8 p.m. are known to help to loose weight.
