What do you feel about banana diet?

Hello. I read today at news@yahoo I found out that the Japanese had gone gaga about bananas. There is this new diet called banana diet which is pretty simple to carry out. During breakfast eat as many bananas as you want with water in room temperature. Eat lunch as usual. Dinner as usual but before 8 pm. Sleep before midnight. This diet has made bananas are Has anyone try it out. Does it really works?

I like banana.I do take banana with my breakfast.Its good to take banana. But it is difficult to take it with each and every meal. Its indeed a strange idea.

I believe this not to be true. Bananas are known to help you get fatter not thinner - however this is about the fact that you are not eating a heavy meal at breakfast but instead 1-2 bananas so that would explain the effects and also both sleeping before midnight and eating before 8 p.m. are known to help to loose weight.

No I have not heard of this, so basically everything is normal except you just eat banans for breakfast? Sounds pretty easy, I wonder if it would work?

I love bananas and I would love to eat bananas everyday. Everyone should eat bananas and lots of it everyday. Cheers!!

whoa!!that was cool, but i dont think i can bear with that, too much potassium with it, but i love bananas, and i would love to try it for sometime and ill tell you if it works,

oh I would love it but because of the medication I am on for high blood pressure I have been told not to eat bananas or only one every now and then, too much potassium in them...but i could handle that ok, I love bananas.
