How conscious are you with your health?

Are you a health buff? Do you watch everything that you take in into your body and everything that you do? Do you have that feelings of guilt, say when you have overeaten some foodstuff? Do you keep watch at your weight and figure? Do you take some healthy drugs or supplemental foods to make sure you're in great shape? Are you that conscious with your health?

no i dont take much care about my figure though i am not bulky but i make sure that i eat only healthy food and not junk food.i think if we consume healthy food and skip junk it is enough for keeping good health.i have never felt guilty if i have overeatten sometimes..

I'm just the opposite I'm a junkfood junkie.
The greasier the better. I'm trying to eat better thou.
All the healthy stuff is so expensive,

no oooooooo...just try to be specific you are not encountered the problems of junkie till now...its sounds strange...go for the better world rather than getting problems from junkies

Before, I am not health conscious. I eat what I want coz to my mind, that is an opportunity that I can eat all kinds of food while I can, because there will come a time that I won't be able to take those food when I become old and sickly.
Lately when I had a high blood pressure and the doctor prescribed me a medicine and told me to avoid certain food, then I become somewhat health conscious. I avoid fatty food, and those food high in salt. I take more fruits and vegetables now and fish rather than meat.

I was very health concious when I was younger. I jogged 7 mi. a day and took alot of vitamins, detoxed, etc. Then I went to the extreme opposite and gained until I was nearly 300 pounds. Then in March of 2008 I started on a health kick again. It is hard to do so though when you are poor and have very little money for the right foods much less any food at all. This is one very major problem in the diet of Americans today. It costs money to eat right and to keep fit. So, anyway, to date I have lost about 30 pounds. i hope to be down to about 160 by May 2009. Wish me well. I am 56 and will be 57 in November. Ugh!

Dont you think that you do this normally.. everyone has their impact on the intake of food and activity they do is just bcoz of the signal that comes from their mind..hope even you put this question by the signal itself...naaa
