Do you dress up to please yourself or to please someone?

im a stay at home mom of 3 so getting myself ready to look good takes time.. so I dont dress up very much. I have comfy clothes to wear around the house, and usually just go to buy my milk wearning my comfy clothes, just I just dont care what people have to say about me ..LOL.. But when I go out to eat or go shopping or something special I do dress up and look purdy.:) and i feel good about nyself

i also dressed up to please myself and not to please anyone else. i want to make myself comfortable for what i am wearing. i don't care for what people might have say about my attire.

I dress to please myself and to make myself feel better about myself. Now if someone thinks that I look good then thats a huge bonus! I love to get compliments and don't have it happen very often!

i dress up according to my comfort and my style i always wear the cloths i like actually no one can force me to wear this or tht...but sometimes have to listen to others....for some specials occation i wear special clothes so i may look impressivee!!hehehe gud luck!!happy mylotting!!

For me, i dress up for both reason. When I am feeling happy and woke up early for work, I will dress myself nicer with my favourite colour, blue and matching nice make ups. However, we can't avoid to leave a good impression on people in some functions or events, so eventually we dress up to please our self and everyone too.

I always dress up to make me presentable to others. I feel happy when somebody appreciate my dress and says you are looking nice.Everybody loves himself or herself.So tries to make attractive in the eyes of others.Most interesting thing is this my wife selects my dress and buys dress for me.

i don't really dress up very often, only if it's a party. I dress up to look good, so in some point it's to please others, but just as you wrote it makes me feel more secure.

I dress to please myself. That's the reason most of the times I'm out of the present style. I'm really not comfortable wearing the present fashion trends and stick to the clothing in which I'm more comfortable. I like to look good to myself rather than look good to others and be very uncomfortable to myself. And that's the reason I go to shopping alone. Hi! I also dress up to please myself too. So far, I don't dress up to please someone, I just like for me to look good, be comfortable in it as well as look in the eyes of other people, so that I wouldn't be laughed at by them.

I only dress up to please myself. It's too exhausting to try to dress up to please everybody else! Especially since everybody else has different opinions, anyway! One person might be happy, but you still haven't pleased all of those other people! Too stressful!
