Problems are common with bossess or say managers but the real achivement is on managing them so you just take it as a task not personally but as official and do it in your style by playing it safe to come over the risk. quitting the job is not the better way out here. I could say winning the problems gives more happiness than quit the situations

it is common. but when the managers are always working against you, i think there is no other way than to find new job and resign

I could say wait for sometime since the company is permanent not the mananger..try to do excellence where you can even try for a shift to other project as well..try to recognise from the company by adding ideas to improve the company values/process..just i shared

JUST SH*T HIM ... Don't worry Subha, you can find a better offer and a good company than the existing one. And BTW, how is your Appa. Take care of him. P.S : Just dropped here to say a hello to you.

Hi hun, so sorry to hear you're having problems at work. I don’t think you should take any rash action by threatening to or actually leaving your job. There is an expression “cutting off your nose to spite your face” – it will cause you more trouble than your manager if you walk out of your job – unless you don’t rely on the money you get for your job? Try talking to him again, say you would like a private meeting with him to discuss how you feel and try to talk to him maturely and state exactly what your reasons are for wanting off the project. Don’t burst into tears or raise your voice or do anything that will give him the upper hand. If things are such that you cannot discuss it with him you should probably go to his line manager – think things through though – if you go to that level it will be difficult to go back as you will be seen as the one who reported him and it might make things even more difficult unless you have other staff to back you up. Good luck. x

I think the best thing that you should do is to just go through the project... finish it and put your best into it... then after that you can decide if you really want to resign or not... If you resign now... that would mean you are a quitter... and that is not a good thing...

Ohh Subha.. No one should be treated like this and if it was me i would look for another job as soon as possible..to bad you can't report him, but if so since he's not the owner then maybe you can and go over his head and talk to his Boss and let them know the circumstance ok.. Good luck and huggs
