Eating Fruits Only

Before Five years i started Eatting Friuts Only..i became more shiney,Loss my weight 92 to 87Kg,Feel Lightly...! As very Expensive i Leaved it in 6 Months.. Did anybody is Eatting Fruits only..?

i must really appreciate your determination of just sticking to fruits from so many months. i had been just trying bto eat fruits on my breakfast for about two months and it was really difficult and on the weekend i prepare something spicy and it was very difficult to manage with only fruits inspite of having lucnh and dinner with a spicy food. but i am just trying to imagine about your condition and it is so diffiuclt to live only on fruits, you never felt like taking some other food ? share it as i am eager to know it and how did you manage it.

Thanks For your Reply ice.. You are the First One who REplied fpr my Discussion. In India There are many Guru"s by eatting only,Coconut"s,Water,and Fruits. I eatted for just 6 months only..Not now.. Morning- Carrot juice (One Part of Coconut,Three Parts of carrot and Honey ) Afternoon - Bannana"s and some Fruit Mixture.. Evening - one Juice Any one.. Night - Coconut and Banana..

it is really a great work to only eat fruits and juices and i just checked you are from india and even me too and we are pron to eat spicy food which we like it too and all the sorts of snacks like chips, pani puri, and mixtures and all those are our routine and just skipping all those and not eating eat might have been very difficult for you, i can understand and just imagine it but for you doing it might be more difficult. better that you lost weight after such a difficult way to lose weight.

Dear Aswathj, i've tried to live off with fruits, vegi and yogurt and it really works and i lost some weight from 54 to 45kg(of course i've engaged in some exercise daily). but i found that my stomach became very fragile and now i add some high fiber carbo, sea foods and fish too. i still reject junk foods, fried, salty and oily foods and i think that eating fruits only will slow down your metabolism in a long term and our body needs protein and carbo too:)

i love your determination as to eating only fruits for six months, i would have loved to that but i will have some constaints like getting the fruits, knowing the best to eat at a particular time, i love solid foods but i will give it a try for a week and see how i will look. thanks for sharing!

It has a lot of benefits but I don't prefer eating only fruits! It is a part of my meal! But other than that I prefer eating it after food. Though expensive eating them at a moderate rate makes the cost safe for me!

Fruit are good for health and living only with fruits are very great. I think its very difficult to follow the life only with fruits as the tongue has been devloped in other ways to taste too..may be for some hours is great for me but still difficult as my eyes are more active tehn
