swanriver i used to be a freelancer writer for magazines and translating firms. it depends on where you are(coutry,city) and the magazine/firm you work with. the ELLE magazine in China paid me U$150/1000 words for writing an article, the translating firm pays me...

swanriver it's good that you love exercise! but i think if you engage in exercise during 6-8pm will be more effective, coz exercise in the morning will increase your apetite in a way and exercise in the evening will prevent you from eating too much:)

swanriver yes coz the metabolism of our body will slow down, so that you'll find it harder to lose weight even if we eat less. however, to increase the metabolism, we can keep exercise everyday so that to keep fit.
