When you are completely stressed out, what is your favorite way to destress? For me I will eat a candy bar, just sit and eat the candy bar and do nothing else, this seems to help. If I am stressed but angry I will do Tae Bo DVD or a Turbo Jam DVD, some kind of workout with a lot of punching and kicking. It seems to help.
How about you?

I will ride my motorcycle that usually always makes me feel better. Having marital relations is usually the best way to relieve stress for me though if you know what I mean. I don't mean to be rude, but we are all adults here and it really helps.

I play guitar or workout, stress is a killer. Good thing you have something to do instead of going crazy.

There are a few things that I do to deal with stress. One is play video games since most of the time if I play an easy video game the stress usally goes away and the perfect video games for me to play are grand theft auto which is the best game to play to deal with stress and guitar hero or rock band since listing to music is a great way to deal with stress.

First I pray. Then I try to mop the floors or scrub the bathroom. Do something that requires me exerting energy in order to shed the tension. After that I usually take a nice long shower, followed buy a cup of green tea and some internet surfing. Calms me down big time.

If its like a "too much to do" stress, I nap when I can. Other than that I do like to play video games or card games. Music helps, all the darker genres and songs mostly. I like soothing rain and happy, very warm sunshine to help my mood. At other times, I enjoy comfort food and even to take my time enjoying regular food, without multitasking while I eat it.
