What is the sweetest thing that you did to your girlfriend/boyfriend?

It was her birthday that time, but we both have work that day, we're quite far from each other. What I did is I sent her a bouquet of roses to her work with a personalized card that I have designed. Then we met after work and I gave her the biggest bear I have seen in the store. Then we ate dinner. She was so happy that day and told me that it was the happiest birthday of her life. How about you, what is your story?

Not a birthday, but Valentine's Day.
My husband doesn't work to far from home, about 3 blocks.
My sons were little at the time and I had them help me blow up red, pink and white balloons. It took days until we filled a few trash bags with the balloons. On the 14th, when I knew he wasn't going to be near his office, we took the bags and filled his car with them, along with a sign for his windshield. My boys were so excited to be in on the secret.
PS.....husband huge NOTRE DAME fan...last birthday I bought car mats, head rest, plates.all Notre Dame. He would tell you that was his best day!
