I attached a photo on the wrong discussion and this is not the first time!

I ahve faced this situation many a times, when i would be uploading pcitures on interests and at the same time, i would be replying to a discussion and when i submit my post, i would get surprised by seeing the pic, that i have just uploaded on interests, to get attached with the response. then i would realize, Oh!! Y did i press Submit button? And then i would have to apologize in a comment saying that it was unintentional. I don't know y does this happen, but i think, this is somewhat a kind of bug in mylot scripting that the responses accepts the image being added to a different interest or a discussion too.I think we shoudlr eport this to mylot admin. I often tend to forget this and while i would be uploading pics on one tab,i i would be writing a post on another tab (multitaking), and then a blunder!! Ha ha Next time, i always try to be careful while uplaoding pics, that i logoff after uploading pics, so that anyhow, the pic does not get attched with the post!!

I also recognized that when you are posting a response on one of my discussion that you have been posting a wrong picture but it is still nice and good picture of your 3 children but I think to avoid this things happen in uploading your picture is not to submit together at the same time and make it sure always that you posted the photo before you will post another response in any of the discussion....

Nope, so far i have not unloaded my pictures wrongly because i dun open multi tabs ^_^ hehe =D I find that multi tab is very confusing and makes my whole screen so messy with alot of things.. lol =D PLus, i'm someone whom rarely starts discussions and so, i won't upload so many pictures too ^_^ UNless i'm responding to other discussions, there's a higher chance for me to upload picture when i'm commenting ^_^ hehe

This has happened to me more than twice, I was participating in another discussion, and I was starting another discussion in a different tab, and the moment I post it the image would be attached to the wrong discussion. In the end, I feel weird seeing the inappropriate photo under the inappropriate discussion.

hi Yeah recently same thing happened to me. I wanted to upload a photo in one of interest groups. But accidentally upload in a totally different group. the description of that picture was totally wrong with respect to the group in which i uploaded. But there is no scope to correct your mistakes. All I can do is to be more alert next time. happy mylotting

Hahahaha That's a mess and I have done it many times dear. So, no worries. And it was complete misfit! Sometimes its due to glitches and sometime my stupidity. . Why the hell I can't be more alert without typos or these kind of mess!

I think that has happened to alot of people before. I do not submit photos at Mylot but if I did, I know I would mess it up occasionally also.

I haven't learned much about photos yet, maybe I shouldn't because if it can get screwed up I'll do it.

Oh that's disaster! well i never yet tried posted a photo in the wrong interest, but i did posted a discussions in a wrong interest. Maybe because i wasn't on focus and in hurry to post.

I have never uploaded any photos to my discussions so far but I have read a few incidents where if you are doing more than one discussions at the same time, the photos would be uploaded to the wrong discussion. Do myLot penalized people when that happen? I read somewhere where a member advised that if we are going to upload a photo to our discussion, we must complete any other discussions first before we upload. I have not posted in multiple tabs so far and I have no idea how bad it would be when many discussions are opened and photos are uploaded at the same time. Somehow, it would confuse the system that saves the photo and therefore, a wrong photo for a wrong discussion. And not to mention that there is no edit or undo function in myLot. At least now after reading your post, I would know what not to do if I ever decide to include a picture in my discussion. Cheers!
