How to become an early riser??

hi friends..actually i'm not an early riser but i want to be..i tried several times but i cannot do it continuously..some laziness caught me and not allow me to become an early riser..friends,give ideas to be an early riser and the friends who are like me..few people are saying that sleeping is giving rest to our body,hence it is good for health..but some other people are saying that if u r an earlr riser then u are the healthiest person..

I am a night owl, it is hard for me to be an early riser. I can do it when I need but after a few days it gets to me. Now when I worked in an office for many years I had to, but when I had my own business I did not need to anymore. Now I am in Real Estate and can set my own hours, very few people go to see a home early in the morning. And I am not so sure going against what is natural for you is a good thing. I am just as healthy at 60 as anyone else and better than most my age. I do not think it is laziness, I sleep as many hours as anyone else. But Early risers are very snobby and think they are better. But guess what I do not have to take a nap or ever get sleepy during the day. So unless you have a job that requires you to be up early, why fight it?

nice thought...usually during college days i woke very late at 8am and goto college very late..it has become a habit..but during exams i have to get up early to study..then i myself torture me to do so..But my mom is telling that being an early riser,it is an good habit..and she adds that you should see the sunrise..

hi friend..many of our friends come across this problem..as our another friend told in this discussion,if u must to getup early due to some work,u can try..but without any work,there is no need to try.. one of my idea is if you goto bed early means u can getup early..this is one of the idea which i practically applied and got positive result.but i cant do this continuously..

you have to sleep early. then put an alarm. don't make it late to wake up when alarm rings. you ahve to be determined to wake up early

hi subha..alarm too sometime fails ya..usually when i have to getup early during exam days,i set alarm in my mobile..when it rings i postpone it to 5min..then 5minute.then so on..at last resulting in a comedy..
