Okay Im trying to quit smoking AGAIN! I was so stupid for ever starting again after being smoke free for 3 years. Stress got to me and I thought 1 wont hurt! Yeah right. So Im trying to quit again. I have had like a total of 1 cig between yesterday and today but man, I feel so on edge. Im also so tired. *sigh* I need some encouragement and some tips on how to get thru this feeling on the edge on moment and wanting to go to sleep the next! Ohh and I cant just go to sleep as we have babies and I have our 2 year old grandbaby staying overnight with us. HELP!

I salute your efforts, for you are truly trying! Its okay to fall, we would not be human if we didnt. But its not okay to beat yourself up over a perceive negative behavior! You are wasting good energy that you could put into redoubling your efforts to QUIT! An added incentive to quit are those babies around you. You are the one who will decide if they smoke or not. Right now they are dependent on you, for that matter any adult, those babies cant make those decisions right now. By you not smoking around them will lessen the change that they will start. Human babies are like monkeys, they like to emulate the actions of those who are superior to themselves.

Well first of all it doesnt depress babies, yes it does smell to a point if in the same room as babies, but we are hardly ever in the same room, along with we have huge rooms so you dont smell the smoke anyways. I dont have time to sit and play games, wish I did thou. lol

I have not been a smoker, but I am all for you quitting. The babies are one reason to quit. Just think of the money you will save as well. I have heard that it helps to chew on celery. I also know that taking a good balanced B-complex vitamin increases energy and reduces stress. I have heard if you can make it for like ten minutes the craving will pass for awhile, and not be as strong the next time. Here are three cheers for you, though, and all the best wishes.

Smoking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. Try them and make a great change in your life.
