I am curious what you guys do to earn extra money other than earning online? earning online is really slow and its quite time consuming. We need to work really hard if we want to earn really fast online which actually includes some risks as well. I personally give private tutions to my neighbours to earn extra money other than earning online. What about you?

I worked in a japanese restaurant as the operations manager, Although it's not quite paying high, but still I have some online sites that I cvan earn some extra. Sometimes I signed contract as an event organizer, such as for anniversaries, birtdays, weddings and some home or office party. By that I earn 6 times more than my daily rate. Take Care...LOL. we all have skills that need to be develop more inorder for us to earn more and have our wants, but money ca'nt buy total happiness, so be wise on spending them.

I use my earnings online to buy arts and crafts materials. I then make phone charms, badges and book marks in the theme of anime and video games like mushrooms and pacman ghosts etc and sell them at conventions. So far have made around a 50% profit, I still have at least 1/2 of the pieces left also maybe more , so if everything went I would have a potential 100% profit margin. Its a bit of fun making money from your hobbies.

HI Swarovski, My aunt asked me whether I could tutor her daughter for next year. She's taking PSLE you see. But I can't commit. I have a freelance writing project and maybe more waiting in line. Sad though because I hate to say no to them. I tutored my other cousins when they asked, but situation has changed. I have a daughter to look after and my plate is full at the moment. But I don;t want to commit and not able to fulfil my responsibilities.

I used to work as a freelancer. When I first started at Symantec around 8 years ago, they owned the program Visual Page as part of their suite of software for sale. This was a WYSIWYG Web page editor that allowed you to do some HTML editing, but it was primarily set up to be a visual tool. One of the questions I asked the hiring manager was if I'd have to use VP to work on the Symantec Web site. He said "oh no, we can get you any tool you need." Well, I was relieved and when I was offered the job I took it and built and maintained the Syamntec.com Web site using HomeSite and then Dreamweaver. But what does this tell you about the confidence in the Visual Page product? If Symantec were primarily a Web development company, I would think that their Web page would have to be built and maintained by the software they were trying to sell. Like how would you feel if you went to the Adobe.com Web site and it had meta data that indicated that it was built by FrontPage? (Shortly after I was hired, Symantec sold Visual Page, and the problem no longer existed.)
