Christmas Shopping..!!!

I am like you. I start shopping the day after Christmas. I shop sales all year long. The problem is that some of the people on my list are extremely picky on what you get them and like to return things. My MIL is like this. She will hand my husband a list of items she wants for Christmas, what store they are in, what the price is and the exact style and color she wants. I don't like this because it makes it no fun buying for her and no surprise to her at all! When I have deviated from her list, she has always wanted to return things. Personally, I think it is very rude of her, but whatever. I do have my neices and nephews done. I also have alot of the Santa gifts done for my kids. What do you do for homemade gifts?

i dont celebrate christmas but i like things which are available during the christmas and i just like the things what we get and i sometimes buy some of the items which i can also use it. i really like to see the festival time where all the houses are alightened and decorated so very well and it is so pretty and nice and the fest over the market is so good, the santa comming and the childrens enjoy it and also us, this all is so stunning and amazing. all the preparations are are so good. we get so many good and wide variety of chocolates in different designs and the cookies and all that are so good and i like this festival preparations. and the christmas tree is just so good.

Hi there.... I do admire you both for doing your Christmas shopping so early. I do really mean to do that for years now, but haven't got the veracity to do it right after the holidays. I have also tried shopping the whole year round, but my main problem is, I cannot stick to the list. I tend to buy another, and another, and another gift for the same person whenever I go shopping .... SIGH!!! But, I am really trying to do my very best to be frugal... with all our economic problems, etc., I know that we have to be wise with our hard-earned money .... and lots and lots of patience when going to clearance sales, etc.

Oh I wish I could go with shopping for gifts but hubby says I cannot manage it anymore and we will just give money to hid nieces and nephews but to mine, oh well I will do that before Christmas, after all I only have two nephews. hubby has a lot

I have been doing some Christmas Shopping. My neice lives in the south so I have found some really good buys on clearanced summer items that I will be sending her for Christmas. I love baragin shopping throughout the year. My biggest problem is that I stick things back for Christmas presents and forget about them!LOL Ususally in the Spring when I do my Spring cleaning I'll find a few stragglers. The stores are starting to get busy around here.
