DO weather influence your mood?

In sunny day,my feeling is so good, in rainy day, i feel sad,when it snows,i feel happy enough.I like snow.It will do influence my mood.

Hey ,buddy ,I think weather always influence my mood , I will be happy when the day is sunny ,I feel full of vitality when I meet a sunny day . however , I often get a bad mood when the weather is not so good .but this is only relative , I often very happy in every day .All the best !!!

Weather is a dynamic variable. One cannot depend on it to set their moods. Although we do not want to, our moods are some times affected by the weather. I try to the maximum to keep myself and my mood from getting affected by weather, but I somehow get lazy in winter. It just makes me more and more lazy when the cold wind blows through my window as soon as I get up and make me wanna go back to sleep again. bourne

There are a lot of days, if not all, where I find the weather affecting my mood. For instance, on a cool, rainy day, I'll feel like doing very little. If it's a warm, sunny day, then I might feel like going outside to read a book. It's funny how weather can have an effect on some people.

Weatehr definitely impacts our lives. A dull weather forces you indoors while a bright and sunny weather beckons you to come out and bask in the sun. Although I am fond of the winters, i love a bright and sunny day during winters then i can sit out in the sun and enjoy the mild heat.

Seasonal affective disorder, is caused by inadequate light during the winter months. Light treatments and antidepressents are used to help this illness. Going to a warm place in winter can boost our mood. Going outside more in the winter can help your mood also.

Not really in a bad way like I dont get drastically upset or happy, but cloudy skies usually set me in the mood for some piping hot tea on the verandah or a long drive on the bike.

Yea actually it does....Take today for example...its cold, windy, rainy and just generally gloomy..and my mood is following suit unfortunately..I'm feelign very blah and gloomy..

Hi there Summerli! Yeah, I think sometimes it does. When it's sunny here, when it's hot, I usually get irritable and moody. When it's raining and cold, I feel lazy and sometimes, but rarely, depressed. When the weather is perfect, not hot and not cold, I am always cheerful.

hello summerli ,it is really affect me , when it is a beautyful sunny day i feel so happy and feel the whole world is so colorful. when it turns into a dark cloudy day it make me feel the whole world is so tight and make me dont want to go out. I love the summer days than winter days.

I noticed that weather really influence my mood,when its raining im happy coz it will be a cold weather coz here in my place its really hot thats why when it was a sunny day i prefer just to stay inside my house..
