Which holiday is your favorite?

I love Christmases and New Years. it's not because of the gifts but because of the time you spend with people you love and it becomes more special because of the giving. It's a selfless celebration. Just like how selfless God is for giving Christ to us.

I see that a lot of people like Christmas. I know is a good time of the year and you are gather with the family and have fun and all those things but to me the best holiday for me is New Years Eve because is the beginning of a new year and is also a time where I could party til real late at night, eat good food and drink as much as possible. I really enjoy that day and I hope this upcoming year ends up being better than this one that just passed.

There is no question as to what my favorite holiday is. Christmas wins hands-down. I love to decorate and get ready for the big day. We celebrate right up until New Years Day.

Christmas has allways been my favorite. No matter how depressed I happen to be I can usually find something to make me smile there is just the spirit everywere. Thanksgiving is also a favorite.

i love all the holidays and i always celebrate every holiday. if i had to pick one as my favorite thats hard i have 2 i would say Christmas and new years. i love Christmas because i like having the tree, and getting gifts, and just the whole Christmas spirit. and i like new years too because its the start of a new year and its just rally fun.

My favorite holidays are Christmas. I like christmas with all it's presents and christmas trees. It's just so nice and warm , even if it's cold outside, it feels warm inside. When the family comes together for the christmas meal, and the exchanging of the presents.

Christmas is my favorite holiday. It reunites me with my family, my brothers and sisters. If I had the money I would like to take the opportunity to visit Austria or Switzerland for during this holiday. I would like to visit a place where there is white snow to see. Halloween definitely. Not because of candy or anything, but because its basically comprised of "my thing". I love horror, the darker aspects of life, the spookier bits of traditions...I love taking the opportunity toward expression. And like alot of neat people around my neck of the woods are fond of saying: It's the one day of the year that I can be me without people regarding me strangely! Christmas and Thanksgiving occupy the second favorite holiday spot together, lol. Mostly for nostalgic and family reasons.

I like Thanksgiving the best. My whole family gets together but there is not the commercialized gift giving like at Christmas. The only bad thing about Thanksgiving is that I always eat too much.

I think Im one of the few people who love christmas all year round. I am always listening to christmas music. and when they start putting out the chistmas stuf f in septemeber Im right there looking at everythig. I always hear comments like "its not even halloween yet and they are putting out christmas stuff. Well They do it for people like me. In january Im already thinking about christmas gifts i want to buy for next christmas lol. I love it By the way new years day is my birthday.

I like Halloween. It is imaginative and creative time for kids. Saw a costume recently. A kid was static cling. It was a sweat suit set. Safety pinned to it was socks, gloves, fabric sheets. It was homemade, cheap and wonderful. I also like the spirit of Christmas. I t gives one a sense of hope. Nothing better than that.

Probably Christmas because we get together with some of the family at Christmas. We've all moved kind of far apart, but that's one time that at least some of us manage to get together for a while!

i like halloween.. i never got to celebrate it as a kid so i do now.. christmas im always too broke to enjoy and well present just arent my thing.. new years is cool but its been so long since i got to celebrate it due to people working it that i cant remember the last time!! lol

well, my favorite holiday is sunday..every sunday make's my day bright..what more if it is christmas. I choose sunday to be my favorite holidays because this is just the only time where you will be able to spend time with your family. and during christmas holidays also makes me feel so happy why, because i will be meeting my old friends joining us to celebrate the christmas season in our province.

Perhaps my favorite holiday is the Chinese New Year. As we can have a longer vacation and everything seems slow down. And people are happy everyday. And there are good dishes all the time. Besides, we will visit each other and that's a happy moment. I love China

My favorite is Halloween and Christmas. I love giving gifts for Christmas and I'm one of those rare people that love shopping for gifts. New Years ever is a fun holiday also. I also like Valentines day and Easter. I believe I like these holidays now more because of my son looks forward to them every year now. He's already excited about Christmas and Halloween. The holiday's mean so much to kid's and I remember when I was young the holidays were the highlight of my year. Such a exciting time! But Halloween and Christmas is my favorite.

Christmas holiday is always my favorite season of the year. I don't know but whenever Christmas seasons are coming, I feel happy and delighted to feel the Christmas spirit over the houses, malls, parks, etc. that really make me want to anticipate it. Also, It's the time when my family got a small reunion and held a small parties, I get the chance to see my relatives who I didn't see for a long time. Christmas creating a special feelings for me, whenever it comes up, I can help but feel excited and happy about it.

Well obviously Christmas is by far the best holiday, it's just the presents, dinner, decorations and the general feeling of family togetherness!!! :) CHRISTMAS ROCKS...

As a chinese,I love Spring Festival most.During this holiday,all our family members are come back to my parents' home and celebrate it.Children leave home for work is the current situation in China.So it is really excited that I can go home and have a quite long time to stay with my parents and my brother sister and a lot of relatives.

me too enjoy the new year eve. it is the best day of the year. it is on this day i take certain decisions to be followed in the next year.it will be a festival out there at streets and also all around the world.
