Leaving the job is the last resort. First talk to the concerned person himself/herself. If it is not working, then go to the boss. Then comes legal action or complaining to the top management etc. If nothing works then quit.

i would talk to your boss. i had this happen once, i was a dispatcher and one of the drivers started to yell at me, cruissing me out. so i told my boss look i don't come work and get talked like that, next time i will handle it myself. well the driver cruiss me out on the phone again, then he came in the office and i stood to him, ok now since we are face to face say what you said to me on the phone don't be scared about it. here i am be a man...... of course he had nothing to say to me then..

Leave your work and find another. If you're not comfortable with your work, you better find another. To be able to stay long to your job, you should be happy working. But you can't be happy having that situation. But I guess you also better to report in the higher authority, to make a move for that stupid person who is harassing you, and to warn others as well. Good luck! Take good care of yourself.
