Most people are being caught up with work and family (and entertainment) that most of us ignored our own health. We no longer exercise regularly. The number of people who are overweight (and obese) has been increasing every year. The number of people who suffer from heart problem has also increased over the years.
In the end, it drills down to 3 things - your life (are you happy with your life?), are you eating healthily, and do you exercise regularly?
Let's talk about exercise first. How often do you exercise? I always make sure I exercise at least 4 times a week - each time for 20-30 minutes.
What about you?

I also exercise about 4 - 5 times a week for 20 minutes, but I am doing a bit too much so will be cutting it down to three times. I also walk everywhere I go so that I am getting some exercise there as well.

Do becareful of your knees because a friend of mine hurt her knees after exercising too much. She has yet to recover from it after so many months. Do everything in moderation.

I tried to do it everyday, but I just can't, sometimes I'm just too tired from work and want to sleep already. Actually my time of exercise is mostly at night, after work. I don't do exercise to lose weight, I just want top stay fit and maintain the muscles. The usual exercise I do is push-ups, sit-ups and lifting dumbels.

Stay fit and healthy are more important than losing weight, in my opinion. I don't really do push ups and sit ups or weight lifting since I've hurt my neck and muscles before this. I just do regular jogging session.

I rarely do exercise and I would say that it just hard for me to out and do exercise and I have noticed some few things, I do get bored most of the time but drinks alot of water. Doing exercise is good for our health but what pulls us back is the will to go out and do exercise, eating healthy is also good and one thing that might contribute to high rate of overweight I guese is junk food which majority of kids today consume as their staple food. If junk food can be reduced the overweight might be increased to some extent.

Actually, eating junk food is a very bad habit, but avoiding it is not enough to keep you healthy. You need to exercise in order to make your heart and lungs stronger. Exercising is not just about burning fat.
