What do you do when you feel sad in your life?

I usually recite Gayatri mantra when I am sad or tense, it gives me peace and solace. I always tell myself that if good times did not stay bad times too will not and my mantra is "This too shall pass". This has held me together through lot of losses and strss in my life. I always wonder how similar are our troubles when we actually take a look around us. So just live life and let everything pass by you.

well,there are so many ways to relax our badly sensibility. like soft miusic,a cup of coffee,talk to your friends heart to heart.

I work seben days a week right now to keep my mind occupied and to help my family buy the things we need and help pay the bills. I get sad alot of times too but I try to focus my mind on postive things.

When I feel sad I talk to my boyfriend or one of my best friends. They seem to be able to really cheer me up and make me laugh and the same goes for them. I can cheer them up and make them laugh. I also pray with my pastors for help in getting over depression or whatever is bothering me at the moment.

When I am sad I talk to friends or my loved ones, I read or write. I go for walks and try to go for a cup of coffee.

I listen to upbeat music -that always lifts me up from sadness. Talking with a friend also helps.

Hi When I'm sad about my family matters, I go to my friends and talk to them, try to have some fun. If I'm sad because of my friends, i turn to my hubby and speak to him about the whole situation. With my hubby is around, I just free express my emotions and to beat my sadness. But sometimes, I prefer to be alone when I feel sad. Just being with myself help me to overcome my sadness. Also, other usual methods are very much practiced by me, like reading a comic book or listening to music etc.
