Have you ever hit a deer while driving?

I hit a deer in the month of June many years ago, but that is the only one I have hit. It was terribly traumatic.
There was a story on the news yesterday saying that this is the time of year where there are many collisions between cars and deer. Have you ever hit one?

Long back in 1978 i hit a dog; i was going on my motor cycle and this dog suddenly crossed the road, here we don't have deers friend

I have never hit a deer while I was driving, but when I was a kid my mom's boyfriend did and we were in the car - it was very scary!
