I am not using separate conditioner, and i was just got serious out there if you are using conditioner after shampoo. Does it really help our hair to make our hair more beautiful? Because other of my friend telling me that conditioner makes them had dandruff after using. How about you what's your experience in using conditioner, and how does affect your hair and scalp. God Bless

When it comes to girls for the most part I think that using conditioner makes a noticeable difference in their hair. Personally I use shampoo and occasionally use conditioner but it isn't apart of my showering process. There are many excellent 2-in-1 combinations out there that can be good too.

Well let me share my most unforgettable experience with conditioner which occurred more than a decade ago. It happened when one individual representing a particular firm or company made a survey on a new product. It was a hair conditioner which was still unbranded or unlabeled. I'm quite sure that aside from myself, a lot of other females were offerred locally to try the conditioner for a minimum period of one week. At first, I hesitated because I had limp hair then and I rarely used conditioner for my hair. But the survey-taker told me that she will be back after a week and that I could discontinue using it. After about using it for a couple of times, I decided to discontinue using it because I felt that the chemicals in it were too strong for my hair. As a result, several strands kept falling from my already thin hair. From then on, I made sure to use as little conditioner for my hair and as infrequent as possible. Other prevention measures that I am doing at present include letting my hair dry naturally before using hair accessories, and avoiding harsh chemicals (used in salons) ruin my hair.

I don't use the conditioner up by my scalp. I use it on the back and sides of my hair mostly to get out the knotx so I don't rip my hair up when I am coming it. Conditioner can also help protect your hair from sun and wind damage. Yes I do use it, but I avoid the scalp area.

actually, i don't use shampoo daily since it can damage hair of its strong contents but i use a separate conditioner for my hair everyday. it makes my hair soft and smooth. using only shampoo makes my hair dry and lumpy. i think hair conditioner can cause dandruff if you don't wash or rinse your hair thoroughly since the conditioner is accumulated on your scalp.

It's better for you hair to use conditioner on it; it's puts the moisture back in that the shampoo takes out. If you shampoo your hair everyday without conditioning it, it leaves it dry. It's actually healthier for your hair to not shower as often because it keeps the oils in and leaves your hair more moist. BUT, since we all like to be clean, take a shower everyday, or every other day, whatever floats your boat, and just make sure to use conditioner afterwards. It'll help keep your hair from drying out, which causes breakage and split ends. Good luck with your hair! :D

no, i very seldom use conditioner on my hair because i use a lot of other products in my hair like mousse to make my hair more curly and bouncy. i find a lot of conditioners just make your hair heavy and greasy. i am not sure of the real benefits that conditioner does.

I couldn't brush or comb my hair without the use of conditioner. It makes my hair easier to manage and style oppose to unconditioned hair. Now a days I buy a shampoo with a conditioner built right in such as Pert or Sauve. Both are great on my hair. Give it a try and see for yourself! God Bless You Too!

I use conditioner on my hair every time I wash it. If I don't, my hair feels coarse and is hard to brush. In order to help prevent buildup, I generally switch shampoo and conditioner each time I buy it. I may buy one brand this week, and another the next time, and then switch back. I have found that htis has helped to keep my hair looking pretty nice.

After working in a salon after a few years i can definitely tell you that it sure does make a difference. you have to use the right type of hair products. you can't just use any product that you want because you will get dandruff like your friend mentioned to you. It makes it a lot easier to comb your wet hair as well and over all it just keep your hair conditioned. you cant use too much of it either because it will grease up your hair real quick. if you dont want to use conditioner in the shower you can always get the elave in conditioners. THEY'RE MY FAVORITE! that's what i use most of the time!

They say, we should use conditioner at least twice a week to moisturize our hair. But sometimes, i don't use it because it gives me dandruff and my scalp gets itchy.

Hi melvelasco. I always use conditioner because it makes easy to comb my hair. I never had a problem using it. When you use conditioner you need to rinse it very well if not you will get dandruff. Even so if you don't rinse well any product you use in your hair. You can get dandruff using shampoo if you don't rinse well. It isn't a product but the way you use it that makes the difference. Cheers and have a nice day.

i am one of those who can't live without putting on a conditioner in every bath. it really makes a difference when you put on a conditioner it makes your hair more softer than the usual shampoo. there are a lot of conditioners in the market if one brand doesn't work for you, you can always try for other brands. try it for yourself so that you will know and feel the difference.

It's really true that conditioner helps beautify your hair and scalp. I don't really use a separate conditioner, my sister does, I only use a shampoo with conditioner (2 in 1). It works better for me. When I had a long hair (when it became a trend on guys). I was obliged to use conditioner to add volume and bounce on my hear. It was time consuming to soak your hair with the conditioner before you rinse it.

Im using conditioner but no effect on me, it's just making my hair more oily. It even made my scalp more prone to dandruff.
