Virtual money or real money???

I see and hear so many say they have earned XXX amount of dollars with PTC websites but the question is how much of this virtual money will you ever get? I too have earned up in the hundreds but if these sites do not send that money to my payment processor it's no good to me It's just like Monopoly money...not worth anything in the real world. Having money pending for months on end only helps the owners of these sites. Then all of a sudden poof they are gone along with your virtual money. So I think those that do pay out a small amount will be the ones that last. What do you think. Isn't it true that 1 dollar in your hand is worth more to you than 100 virtual dollars you may never get your hands on?

I totally agree with you. I don't normally consider virtual money my money unless the site is really trusted like mylot. Even that, it's better to consider the money in your processors your earnings. Good post!

Well I feel like you do, until the money is in my bank account, I consider it not even existing. So when people talk about how much they lost on some sites, I feel you didn't lose anything but time. On my profile I have a list of sites that I am a member to and I write "paid" in red on the ones that have paid me. This way people can know where they can get real money and not just some written total on some site.
