I am finding that as I get older my health is slowly failing. I have heard that Gota Kola is a longevity herb that is an overall booster for health and vitality. Overall, my health is good. However, I don't have the stamina or lung capacity I used to -- and it seems a lot harder to keep my teeth healthy. Any longevity tips out there?

i have the same feeling when i was over 30. doing exercises regularly and have a healthy diet are two essential ways to keep healthy. when we get older, we don't have the stamina or lung capacity we used to have. we needn't feel pessimistic about it because it is quite natural. being optimistic all the time is also helpful to our health.

Hey, kids...and we all are in our hearts....I did an earlier post on Hemp Hearts, because of I have just discovered them, and I must tell you, they truly have given me new vitality. And furthermore, very pleasant to consume.....and just a "truckload" of nutritional benefits! I am extremely active, my work day starts very early...and I usually put in 12-13 hours per day/7 days a week (I am trying to pay off my mortgage b4 retirement) and it is physical work. Lawn/yard maintenance....and Tiling! A bag of Thinset is 55 #'s...my Tile saw is #110! I really found that I was burning out...and was not happy that I was drinking "the energy drinks" loaded with caffeine! I heard about Hemp Hearts, and in just two days..I really feel like a different person. Cheers!

I hear that the new thing out there now is colon cleansing. My mom talks about it alot and it's gross, but it does sound like it works. Also, you have to drink a lot of water to keep your skin young.
