Is that caused by stress?

I these days wake up very early,much ealier than before in working days. I just can't fall asleep when wake up in the early morning, even on weekend, which botheres me a lot, I always feel sleepy in office and can NOT concerntrate on my work. I most of the time feel exhausted. I really miss those days sleep well and won't wake up if no alarm-clock helps. Dear friend, do you have the same experience, and what will you do to end this situation or to ease this?

At this time of year I would say you may have a bit of depression. Light deprevation may be causing it. You need to try to change your schedule so you are getting some exercise and some light introduced in your life. See if that doesn't help. We live in times that let us become seditary and we don't even realize it!

Dear Celticeagle, Thank you for your suggestion. Yeah, I thought that must be light depression. I really need to reschedule my life, first of all, I need take a long-term holiday, go swimming or breathing fresh air outside. I also think Autumn is a good reason for breeding depression, sentimental Autumn. And in Winter we stay inside for most of the time, we should go out and enjoy the sunshine, to get rid of the darkness in our deep heart. Wish you all the best.

yeah i think it's caused by stress or probably you are having a bad bed or bad position in bed. hope you can figure out what the problem is...lack of sleep is not good for the health.

Hey my friend,are you getting better now on sleep? I always envy those who dream so many dreams at night,because in my momery, I seldom dream a dream when sleep at night.I'm always in tooooooo deep sleep, I think, even some one breaks into my house and kill me, I will not know. Here are some tips, hoping they can help you have a sound sleep. 1.drink milk before going to bed 2.watching some boring/uninteresting TV programs before go to bed 3.relax and let things be natural 4.don't think too much when laying on bed 5.try only to sleep in your bedroom 6.do some sports to make you tired at night
