I just opened an online e-Money Market account with a great rate!

One of the girls at work told me about an online e-Money Market account today. She said the interest rate is over 3%, has no fees, no minimum balance (well, $1 but that's totally do-able), and has very liberal withdrawal limits (I think it's like 6 per month). Well, I looked it up tonight and it's TRUE! I opened my account on-line and transfered some money into it. It's a very reputable bank so I know it's not a hoax. I'll be putting all my "extra" money in there for a while just so I can earn a little interest. Do you shop around for the best rates for your money????

I have just stuck with my Pay Pal interest rates. As soon as it began offering money market rates I signed up. Right now it is only at a little over 2% interest rate, but there have been times when it has had between 5 and 6 percent interest rates. It is convenient, as a number of my earning possibilities and opportunities pay directly into into it. Like MyLot pays.

Wow, I didn't realize PayPal had interest rates. I'm going to have to check that out. I usually don't leave the money in there long because I transfer it to my savings. But those rates aren't too bad, I might just sign up for that and leave the money in there until I need it. Thanks!

That is why I always kept my payout at MyLot at just $10. I wanted it to get over to PayPal as soon as possible.

Seriously! Get it in there to get it "working" for you! Hey, I just signed up for the Money Market account, but how do I tell if it's been changed? I filled out the ss#/DOB info, but it said something about 1099 info not being there... The ss# and DOB are more than enough info for the 1099... Does it take a while to go into effect?
