do you want to see your leader cry in front of you?

i have had it. i just could not stop it. in a group of people, there is really the one who leads. and this person who leads takes all the responsibilities. big or small, he takes it. and the success and failure of this group relies on him. but due to the burden and the problems, it becomes too heavy. it is not easy being the leader and the head. everything is on the head of. the accounting relies on him.. and so, i have had it. i do cry. but i don't let anybody see it. i don't want someone see it. but there are those who really cries in front. i witnessed one. and it was aweful, but inspiring. however, as much as possible, i don't want others see it. is it okey just for you to see your leader cry in front of you?...

Being a leader is not an easy task and its a very big responsibility to handle. It's is necessary for a leader to stay strong and be creative whenever big problems comes. But when things get worst sometimes and however you wanna stay strong and hide your feelings from the other people not to cry but you cannot avoid it because it affects so much and you have to let go of that emotions and you need and outlet for that.Since we are just humans, and we have heart to feel and we know how to cry then sometimes its excusable for a person to cry in front of everyone even if your are the owner or the leader in the company and you're not suppose to let your staff and employee see you cry because it may give them weakness also . If it doesnt happened many times then i think it's just ok as long as it doesnt happened always.

you are right. it was not easy being a leader. there are lots of things to consider when being one. and i mean, it is really not easy.. thank you

I dont want to see such coz it would also make me cry. I saw kuya crying infront of us before the camiguin conference. I pitied him so much during that time, he crid real hard that he cant even say a word. Have you seen kuya jerry cry?

really?.. he did cried? and he cried so hard?.. haha.. this is the first time i have heard this.. and i had heard him say that he had enough for this ministry. and had been to where kuya jr is..but that time, i did not believe him say it. but now, i heard you say it. and he cried so hard! haha!!! why, what is the reason?...

It was when we were working out the conference in camiguin, there were lots and lots of issues that involved the leaders here in cagayan and thank God is was a success despite the tears.

yes it was so hard that he cant clearly utter the words. Buts please its to be kept as a secret ok, dont mention to him about the crying coz he might have chosen to forget about it.
