Yes. The computer at my home uses CRT. It is already part of the package by the time we bought it. For me it would have been better if it uses LCD so as to reduce power consumption. If I have enough money, maybe I will plan to buy LCD monitor for the computer. It will be better to use LCD since many of my family members uses the computer and LCD emits lesser radiation compared to CRT.

No ways..CRT monitors are outdated and rarely people use it...of course the display in CRT monitor is better than a LCD monitor so u can go for a TFT monitor...U can have the best display here..

Yes I do. One of my computer is still using 15 inches crt monitor and it sucks. Displa is too dark and already check its setting in the crt monitor buttons. Im still using and I am planning to buy 17 inches lcd monitor Hanns to replace this crt. Its getting worse and its hard to study html and photoshop when the colors on my crt monitor's display is not right.

No not anymore. I switched to LCD's when my last CRT broken. I got a 22" LCD monitor for my desktop computer at home and I love it. It is a wide screen monitor and I really like it. There is more space on my desktop (in the computer) and I have a lot more space free on my table so that I can for example put my food there and eat in front of the computer or perhaps do my homework there. It is really great. And the price are getting lower and lower all the time. Sooner or later most people if not all will be probably using LCD's. And I heard that LCD's are better for the eyes than the CRT monitors.

I don't use any CRT monitors, for a few reasons. 1. They're bulky. 2. They're heavy. 3. They're not wide screen. 4. They're full of toxic chemicals. (This only applies when you're getting rid of it) I really like the size of my flat screen. It's a wide screen (1680 x 1050 native resolution) but it barely takes up any space on my desk. It's also light and responsive.

My main computer has a LCD but I have another computer sitting around with a CRT. I don't use the one with the CRT that often or else I would have bought a LCD for it. I don't really have a problem with LCDs but they take up a lot of space and seem to generate a lot more heat. As for the quality I really don't think it's that much different.

Yes I still used a CRT monitor and i have this CRT monitor for 10 years now and it's still in good condition. Though I would like to have to have a big LCD monitor but my budget does not allow me to get one =). I think I still need to do more posting here in mylot to earn money for the LCD i wanted.

Yes, I'm still using my 21" CRT Monitor. I haven't found a cheaper LCD Monitor of this size that's why I'm sticking with this one. On the other hand, LCD Monitors especially the earlier ones aren't very good for movies and games especially if they have slower response times. You will usually notice some "pixelation". CRT's are best for games esp. FPS games due to its faster response time and better color range, thus objects are clearer and movement seems faster and smooth. I hope this helps in one way or another . . .
