Ouch, ouch, ouch...
Geez my upper back is starting to ache already. And also my shoulders. It's funny but my fingers and hands don't ache when they should cause I have been typing for almost 5 hours now. My hands are also getting wet every now and then but they don't feel numb.
It's always been like this. My upper part of the back aches to my shoulders. I am sitting while working on my mylot but continuously changing positions to get the right position. Sometimes I have my feet up on the chair like an Indian sit. Sometimes I slouched just to feel relax but still after a while I feel the aches.
How about you? Are you comfortable with your position when you work on your computer? Are you using a computer table or an office desk? What do you think is the remedy to avoid back aches or any other aches while working on the computer?
Please do share!

Yeah
the cushions put on the back do helps relieve the pain. Sometimes I even sat on the cushion cause I use a plastic/monoblock as my chair and after sometime sitting my butt also feels pain.
Hmm.. I guess there is no way not to feel pain while sitting working on our computers. I've tried different positions or styles sitting but after a while I still feel pain on my back down to my waistline. The only prevention I think could be to lessen the time sitting down in front of our computers.
Happy posting!

Yes I guess that is the first parts of your body that will send signal to you that yo are already tired from doing something. First of all the spine is the pathway of so many signals for the body and they are the ones that can send immediate signal to you that it is already straining from what you are doing.

Hi there iskayz!
I rarely spend long hours on myLot. I think that the last time I was able to spend long hours here was around 6 months ago. If I remember correctly, it is my lower back that feels bad after several hours of sitting down doing my usual online activities. Well, that is aside from my eyes that easily gets strained when staying in front of my computer monitor.

Mine is my lower back and sometimes my shoulder too. Actually my feet up on the chair also most of the time, while mylotting, lol. I also don't have a comfortable chair so I moved a lot and can't really find a comfy position and I'm using an office desk. I'm not sure what are the remedies to avoid back pains and I would like to know also. Thanks!

My behind aches from sitting in this chair for so long. I even have a cushion in this chair and it still aches. I wish I could find me another softer chair.
I have a desktop pc. I wonder how would I handle a laptop. I know that would be very uncomfortable for me.

If your in that much pain from a few hours of Mylotting maybe its either the chair you are sitting in or how you are sitting. Sitting at a desk for hours isnt good for you so you should get up and walk around the room for a bit to exercise your back.

So I guess this is a sign that I might be overdoing mylot for the day huh? Imagine already now 7 hours spent time here, yeah I think I should take a rest now.
