Music can dilate arteries.

I just read an article on how music can dilate arteries, the same way as we take drugs to do so. I think it is wonderful if the same can be done for arteriosclerosis or such related diseases where the heart can get affected. Research is still going on for further benefits. Good ol music, even our bodies succumb to it.

There was an article on plants and different types of music. It seemed that plants with classical music in the background did better than those ones with heavy metal. © ronaldinu 2008

I guess the plants are more tuned to classical music than us. hehe. I for one like semi classical music, never totally classical. So guess the plants have a better ear for music than me. Thanks.

Just like heat exands m atter, I suppose the music expands our arteries. Funny, but great. Glad to be of help.

yes music is a great healer. good music that soothes your ears is beneficial. but while hearing keep sound of the music appropriate otherwise it will be noise and noise only.

I too dont like loud music. I feel that music played softly is very soothing to the body. My family disagrees. They like loud music.
