Worst nightmare

I am in an idea that everybody has some deep embedded nightmare inside their mind...that they never ever want to happen in their life...for example I fear the day when i would land up in an island all alone with no food around 7 no way to escape....
Please share ur imaginations.....

Hello,Udit Panda.
Hope you are enjoying your days at myLot.I also have some nightmares to share.When I was a kid,my parents and my uncle used to watch horror movies and TV serials.I at times watched such movies and got scared,some times I was not able to sleep.Now I am grown up and find those horror movies funny.

A recurring nightmare I have is tidal waves. I grew up at the shore, so I guess that's why I fixate on tidal waves (if I lived in the midwest, it would probably be tornadoes!). But in my dreams the tidal wave never comes, I just see it growing and starting to come towards me.
It was funny, a couple months ago my best friend told me she has recurring tidal wave dreams, too! From what I can figure, it's more about a fear of losing control.
