Do you think Bars are for Single people only?

No I don't think bars are only for single people, however, it is probably not a good idea for married people to go there without their spouses. Because most people who go there are single and are looking to hook up. I think it is fine for married couples to go to bars with their spouces. After we got married and before we had kids we used to go dancing with our friends at bars all the time, but we were together so there was no problem. When married people go out with friends with out their spouces it is probably better to go to a restaurant and have drinks rather than a bar. You can actually hear each other talking too, which you can't really do at a bar.

i think they are for everyone. yes, it is a place to pick up, but its also a place to go and dance and have a few drinks and laugh and have fun. i think the husband that got upset has trust issues or else he wouldnt mind. if she went to get picked up, then thats one thing. but going with another married friend is fine. as long as you dont present yourself as available, then i think you should go have fun and drink it up!

Bars are a place to socialize. You know what you came there for. If you came so that you and your girlfriend can get out and be among people, then that's all it is. Her husband is immature and insecure. And if he jumped on her, then he's not so great.
