This week I've had an issue with trying to get to sleep, already asleep or resting. Just about to dose off and I sneeze. Get back up and blow the nose, go back to sleep and then sneeze again. Ok, why is the sneeze fairy picking on me? You ever have a broken sleep pattern as a result of a big, fat sneeze?

That might be the case, a sneeze fairy having fun at the expense of your sleep. There are many things that we know nothing about and a sneeze fairy is a fairly reasonable concept. Cheers!!

me thinks.....tis the season! I've had the sinus thing too....doctors says probably allergy related.....dust from the furnace etc....once it snows and it stays on the ground.....it should be better...but I have done nearly the same thing....I have the thing that when you turn in bed the stuffiness goes from one side to the other...and a runny nose! Hate the disruption!

That darn sneeze fairy! Such a jokester. Yes recently this happens to me. But I think I know why. Being pregnant, I can't take any of my allergy medicine. So I do get the sneezes. It is annoying.

Hi carolbee,
I don't have problems with sneezing but it waking up to use the bath room, that whats wakes me up or my husband turning over, he makes a lot of noise just turning over which rally annoys me.

I had that happen the other night too! I was all snuggled under my covers and just beginning to fall asleep when....BAM! A major sneezing fit hit me! And mine wasn't just one sneeze. It was more like 8 or 9! Talk about a rude awakening. I think it took me another hour or so to even come close to falling back to sleep.

When I have had a cold, I have.
Right now my back and my menopause are the culprits.
